At noon on May 11, 2018, at the Tan Binh District Labor Culture Palace, the competition "Excellent District-Level Safety Network Leader of 2018" took place.

In recent years, labor safety and hygiene rights have been particularly emphasized by the Party and the State, as reflected in new legal documents, revisions to outdated regulations, and policies aimed at enhancing and promoting occupational safety and health. Responding to and implementing these changes, Nghia Nippers Corporation always prioritizes the occupational safety and hygiene of workers, providing the best working conditions. Thanks to active organization and awareness campaigns about occupational safety regulations, workers' awareness at the company has significantly improved.

To better understand and grasp the legal regulations on occupational safety and hygiene and create a platform for employees to interact, Nghia Nippers Corporation, in collaboration with the company union, participated in the competition “Excellent District-Level Safety Network Leader of 2018” , with three participants: Cu Khanh Dung, Nguyen Van Vong, and Nguyen Manh Hung.

After two exciting and intense segments: Multiple Choice Test and Presentation with Situation Handling, Nghia Nippers Corporation, with enthusiastic support from its cheering team, won the First Prize, Third Prize, and Team Spirit Award.
